Step into a winter wonderland and kick off the magical holiday season at the Annual Festival of Trees! Hosted in the beautiful, warm confines of the Bold Centre, this beloved community tradition transforms the venue into a dazzling forest of beautifully decorated, themed Christmas trees.

The Tree Displays & Auction: Local businesses, community groups, and families spend weeks crafting unique, eye-catching trees ranging from rustic cabin chic to elegant winter elegance and whimsical children’s themes. All trees are put up for silent and live auction, giving attendees the chance to bid on a stunning centerpiece for their own home or business.

Supporting the Community: This event is about more than just beautiful decor; it’s about caring for our neighbors. 100% of the proceeds from the tree auctions and event donations go directly to the local Family and Community Support Services (FCSS). These vital funds help provide essential social programs, youth initiatives, and family support right here in Lac La Biche County.

Festive Atmosphere: Arrive to the smell of fresh pine and the sound of local school and community choirs singing classic holiday carols. Sip on complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider, browse the holiday craft vendor market, and enjoy a festive, cozy evening with friends and family.

Know Before You Go: Doors open at 5:00 PM for early viewing and silent auction bidding. The live auction and choir performances begin at 7:00 PM. Bring your cash or e-transfer ready, as winning bidders will need to arrange tree pickup at the end of the evening.
