1. User-Generated Content and Listings
ntroduce is a community directory. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information they submit. By submitting a listing, you grant ntroduce a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that information on our website.
2. Right to Modify or Remove Content
ntroduce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, reject, or remove any listing, comment, or user account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason (including, but not limited to, inaccurate information, spam, or violation of these terms).
3. Featured Listings and Payments
Users may request to upgrade their listing to “Featured” status for a fee. This is a manual process. Payment secures enhanced visibility (e.g., gold styling, pinned placement) for the agreed-upon duration. ntroduce does not guarantee specific traffic, leads, or sales as a result of a Featured upgrade. Refunds for Featured upgrades are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ntroduce management.
4. Limitation of Liability
ntroduce is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any listing. ntroduce shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on any information provided by third-party listings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
